1. Period and notice
The withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the day after the agreement was entered into. To exercise the right, you must send an unambiguous notice before the period expires. The notice can be sent to korolevaoksana13@gmail.com or by post to OKSANA ART SOLBERG, Ringbanen 28, 7514 Stjørdal.
Please include your name, contact details, what the agreement concerns and the date it was entered into so that the matter can be located quickly.
2. What happens when you withdraw?
Payments covered by the right of withdrawal are refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice is received. Refunds are generally made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed and this does not result in costs to the client.
For gift cards, the amount paid is refunded. Any bonus not paid for by the client expires.
3. Treatment before the withdrawal period expires
If you expressly request that a service begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for what has been supplied up to the time you give notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed, provided that you expressly consented to the early start and acknowledged in advance that the right would be lost after full performance.
4. Standard withdrawal form
