1. The parties
The service provider is OKSANA ART SOLBERG, organisation number 938 365 547, registered address Ringbanen 28, 7514 Stjørdal. The studio address is Prinsens gate 34, 7011 Trondheim. Contact: korolevaoksana13@gmail.com and +47 405 56 777.
The client is the person who requests an estimate, books an appointment, purchases a gift card or enters into an agreement with the business.
2. The website and estimates
- Website content is general information and does not replace an individual assessment.
- A free estimate is non-binding. A binding agreement is formed only when the treatment, time, total price and any special terms have been confirmed by both parties.
- The contact form is sent through Web3Forms to the business email address. The website does not process payments or provide automatic appointment booking.
- If the treatment required differs substantially from the information on which the estimate was based, the client must be informed and approve any revised price before work continues.
3. Treatment and individual assessment
- The treatment plan, expected number of sessions, price, possible reactions, aftercare and relevant circumstances are reviewed before treatment.
- The client must provide accurate and relevant information needed for a safe assessment and follow the advice provided before and after treatment.
- Results are individual and may be affected by skin, hair, sun exposure, lifestyle, aftercare and other factors. Images and examples do not guarantee a particular result.
- Treatment may be postponed or declined if a professional assessment indicates that it should not be performed. The client will receive an explanation and information about financial consequences before any further agreement.
4. Price and payment
The total price and what it includes must be provided before a binding agreement is made. Payment is made through Vipps or another agreed payment method. The client will not be charged additions that were not disclosed and accepted in advance.
5. Rescheduling and cancelling an appointment
Please give notice as soon as possible if an appointment must be moved or cancelled. A cancellation or no-show fee may be charged only if the amount and deadline were clearly disclosed and accepted before the booking became binding. The website does not itself establish such a fee.
6. Gift cards
- Gift cards are ordered by contacting the business. The purchase becomes binding only after the value, bonus, total price, delivery and terms have been confirmed.
- Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of issue unless a longer period is stated on the card.
- The advertised 5% bonus is added to the amount paid. If the statutory right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the amount paid is refunded and the bonus value expires.
- Gift cards can be used for available services from the business during the validity period and cannot be exchanged for cash unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Contact us promptly in the event of loss or an error. A gift card can be blocked or replaced only if the purchase and unused value can be identified securely.
7. Right of withdrawal for distance contracts
When a consumer enters into a binding agreement online, by email, telephone or message, the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act applies where the conditions for distance selling are met. The withdrawal period is normally 14 days from the day after the agreement was entered into.
If the client expressly requests that a service begin before the period expires, the client may have to pay a reasonable amount for the part already supplied if the right of withdrawal is exercised. The right may be lost once the service has been fully supplied, but only where the statutory requirements for express prior consent and acknowledgement have been met.
8. Complaints and remedies
If you believe the service was not supplied as agreed, contact the business as soon as possible and explain the issue. The business must be given an opportunity to investigate and, where appropriate, propose correction or another solution.
If the matter is not resolved, a consumer may ask the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) for mediation. Mandatory rights under Norwegian law are not limited by these terms.
9. Governing law and changes
Agreements are governed by Norwegian law. The parties will seek to resolve disputes amicably. These terms may be updated, but changes do not apply retroactively to existing agreements without express agreement or a lawful basis.
